Sonya joined Chicago Title in 2009, after practicing law for several years and working on all facets of commercial real estate and development. She is currently responsible for Chicago Title's Northern Ohio operations, from which she handles transactions throughout the State of Ohio. Her expertise covers the full range of real estate transactions, from first-time homebuyers to commercial developers, farm transactions, and multi-billion dollar energy projects such as wind farms and power plants spanning multiple Counties.
Much of our business depends on referrals from other real estate professionals, so I seek to not only get the transaction done, but to make sure everyone shines in their unique role. I never hesitate to leverage our nationwide network of industry experts and underwriters to move mountains, and to do so quietly so that proper credit goes to the real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders who refer their clients to Chicago Title!❞
